Horr, 73, died Friday in Ball Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Horr was born in Hagerstown. She moved to Muncie from Richmond in 1958. She was a homemaker. Survivors include four sons, Jackie Horr (wife-Retha), Rick Horr, Michael Horr, and James Horr; three daughters, Marcia Mullendore (husband-Larry), Teresa Kennedy and Bonnie Flick (husband-David); two sisters, Pauline Tarplee and Shirley Hunter (husband-Eugene); 16 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren. Her husband, Charles Horr, two brothers, and two grandchildren are deceased. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Parson Mortuary. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory. Calling will be 4-8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
