He was born in Newark, NJ and resided in Moorestown for 53 years. He was a graduate of Newark Academy and Lafayette College Class of 1944. He served active duty as a Lieutenant in the US Navy in World War II. Husband of Paula (nee Mravlag) for 62 years. He is survived by his children, Pamela B. Horr of Lumberton, NJ; William L. Horr, Jr. and his wife Cynthia S. of Skillman, NJ; Susan M. DiBiase of Wellsville, NY, 4 grandchildren, his sister Suzanne Mindnich of Middletown, NJ and several special nieces and nephews. Funeral service and interment are private.
