    Peter Horr, a wide-known member
    of the Foresters of America, died
    yesterday at his home, 2358 Flushing
    avenue, Maspeth. He had been a
    resident of Queens for many years
    and previously lived in Ridgewood.
    He was a member or Court Elmore,
    Foresters of America, and an organizer.
    He is survived by his
    widow, Mathilda Horr; three daughters,
    Mrs. Agnes Miranda, of Maspeth;
    Mrs. Adeline Mayerose, of
    Richmond Hill, and Mrs. Caroline
    Merck, of Ridgewood; seven grandchildren
    and two brothers, Max and
    Henry, who live in Brooklyn. Interment
    will be on Monday at Lutheran
    Cemetery.

    The will of Agnes Steinbacher, late of 20 Sandol st,, Glendale, disposing of an estate valued at $10,000, has been filed for probate with Surrogate Daniel Noble of Queens County at Jamaica. To a godchild , Mrs. Agnes Miranda, the testatrix gives $300 and some jewelry. The executors are given $200 to invest for Mortimer Miranda Jr.. who is to receive the principal and the accumulated Interest when he attains the age of 21. A son. Max Horr, is given $500. The residue of the estate is given to the sons, Peter and Henry. Peter Horr and Agnes Miranda were appointed executors.

    Mrs. Whilemina Brechter of Brooklyn, died last Saturday at her home on Grove street, after a brief illness, in the eightyflrat year of her age. Mrs. Brechter was the mother of Ernest Brechter and Mrs. Matilda Horr of Evergreen and Mrs. Adeline Fisher of Brooklyn. The faneral services were held Tuesday, and the interment was made in Lutheran Cemetery.
